LORENZO (Special) - Services for H.G. "Grady" Joiner, 72, a South Plains resident most of his life, will be at 3 p.m. today at Lorenzo First Baptist Church with the Rev. Jerry Golden, pastor, and the Rev. Sidney Parsley, pastor of Lorenzo First United Methodist Church, officiating.

Burial will be in Lorenzo Cemetery under the direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home.

Joiner, a native of Throckmorton County, was a retired farmer. He attended school in Estacado and Lorenzo and married Nell Dycus in 1932 in Frederick, Okla. He was a Baptist and a Mason.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Caroline Durham of Burleson; two sons, Gerre of Stephenville and Max of Lorenzo; and eight grandchildren.
