Services for Darlene Benton Bewley, 47, of Lubbock will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Adams Funeral Home in Ralls with Danny Jackson officiating and the Rev. Gerald Jackson assisting.Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
She died Saturday, May 11, 2002.
She was born Oct. 21, 1954, in Lubbock.
She was a member of the Church of Christ. She was a homemaker and had lived most of her life in Lubbock. She was a former resident of Lake Dallas and Decatur.
She was preceded in death by her father, David Benton Jr., on Aug. 12, 2001.
Survivors include her mother, Elenore Benton of Lubbock; a son, Phillip of Lubbock; a daughter, Jennifer Bewley of Levelland; a brother, David Benton of Milton, Fla.; and three sisters, Marilyn McDonald of Andrews, Barbara Morrison of Minooka, Ill., and Marlene Coleman of Georgetown.
