Billie Catherine Karstetter passed away November 19, 2006. She is survived by her husband, Howard Karstetter, of Houston, her two daughters, Ashley Rush, Valley Village, California, and Kelly Peterson, Denver, Colorado, and four grandsons: Sean McGinnis, Ellicott City, Maryland, and Kendall, Thomas and Joseph Peterson, Denver, Colorado.
She was born April 26, 1925 to W. J. and Mary Elizabeth Cox Collier. Preceded in death by her brother Robert Collier and her sisters Eva Collier and Louise Harvey.
