Funeral services for J.B. Willmon, well-known citizen of the Afton community who died Sunday at Clyde, were conducted Monday at Afton with Leland Bailey and R.C. Brown officiating.
Nine children survive.
Pallbearers were Lewis Daniel, Luther Stark, Frank Smith, L.W. Younger, Edmond Webb and J.T. Powell.
Flower bearers were Mrs. Howard Alexander, Mrs. Cole Younger, Mrs. Eula Mae Author, and Mrs. Jess Powell.
Mr. Willmon had been a resident of the county since 1925.
Arrangements were in charge of the Burton Funeral Home.
