Last Rites Read For Earl Ray Wright In Dickens Thusday
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Sept. 17 at the Church of Christ in Dickens for Earl Ray Wright, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Wright of Dickens, who died Sunday, Sept. 15 of a ruptured appendix. Rev. Dennis, pastor officiated.Earl Ray was born at Brownwood, TX Feb. 9, 1936 and moved to Dickens county with his parents in April 1941.
Survivors are his parents, one brother, Norman Eugene, who is stationed at Fort Sam Houston and two sisters Wanda LaFon and Billie Faye.
Interment was in the Dickens Cemetery with Bryan McDonald and Son Funeral Home of Matador in charge.
