Funeral services were held Monday at 10 a.m. in St. Mary's Catholic Church for Senon Cantu, Jr., three year old son of Mr. And Mrs. Senon Cantu. The child died January 26 in Spur Memorial Hospital. He had been ill three days. He was a member of the Catholic Church. Father John Duddy officiated at the services. Burial was in Spur Cemetery. Surviving besides the parents are two brothers: Joe Albert and Ricky Cantu; four sisters, Ada, Corina, Irene, and Linda Cantu, all of Spur; grandparents Mr. And Mrs. Sam Cantu, Spur.©The Texas Spur January 30, 1964
