Long Time Resident is Buried Here
Funeral services for Miss Betty Cartwright, 81, were held Sunday afternoon at 3 p.m. in the Chapel of Campbell Funeral Home. Rev. Howard Marcom, Pastor of First United Methodist Church officiated. He was assisted by Rev. James Talley, Bethel Baptist Church pastor.Miss Cartwright died September 6, in the Crosbyton Nursing Home. She was a member of the Methodist Ch. And had been a resident of Dickens County since 1911.
Pallbearers included Ted Smith, Vernie Barrett, Jess Hobson, Cecil Caplinger, Donald Dopson and Jay Austin.
Interment in Spur Cemetery.
