Graveside services for Albert Latham, 89, of Spur were held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday September 11, 2001 in Spur Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Tommy Henderson officiating. Services were under the direction of Campbell Funeral Home of Spur.
He died Sunday September 9, 2001.
Mr. Latham was born July 2, 1912 in Red Hill, Texas. He graduated from Spur High School in 1930 and attended Texas A&University Veterinary School for 3 1/2 years. He served in World War II in the U.S. Army. He was a retired farmer.
He is survived by one brother, Clyde Latham of Spur and several nieces and nephews.
