D. A. Thomason Is Buried Wednesday

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. for David Arthur Thomason, 63. Officiating at the service in the Bethel Baptist Church was Rev. Dick Horn.

Born in Cisco in 1902, Mr. Thomason died in Phoenix, AZ, on Jan. 1. He was a member of the Baptist church. He had resided in California for the past 20 years.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Oney Gaston, Morton and Mrs. W. G. Tatum, West Wego, LA; two brothers, Cecil Thomason, Spur; Gus Thomason, Lubbock; three grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Virgil Wilson, Bruce Tyler, Lon Bass, Estle Hairgrove, Willie Smith and Ike Simmons.

Interment was in Spur Cemetery.
