Funeral services for Rufus Baskin Walsworth, 61, will be held Thursday (Nov. 7) at 2 p.m. in the First United Methodist Church with pastor Rev. Archie Echols officiating.

Mr. Walsworth died at his farm home near Spur Tuesday afternoon. He had been a resident of Dickens County since 1937. He was a member of the Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ruby Walsworth, Spur; one daughter, Mrs. Bobbie Lindsey, Abilene; one brother, Ross Walsworth, O'Brien, four sisters, Willie May Banner and Audie Johnston, both of O'Brien, Avis Johnston, Burkburnet and Mildred LaDuke, Olton; two grandchildren.

Burial will be in Spur Cemetery.
