Mrs. Watters Buried Here Tues. Morning

Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth Crume Watters were held July 13 at he Spur Church of Christ with H. E. Johnson officiating.

She is the mother of C. F. Watters of Spur.

Mrs. Watters was born in Missouri on March 27, 1872 and died on July 11, 1954 at her home in San Angelo.

She moved to Teas from Missouri at a early age and was a long-time resident of Cisco. She was united in marriage to J. M. Watters in Eastland county on Nov. 15, 1888. They were the parents of eleven children, nine of which survive her. They are Mrs. Evelyn Watters of Austin, Mrs. D. E. Coleman of San Angelo, Mrs. W. W. Kubens of San Angelo, Mrs. L. W. Williams of Winters, Mrs. Franz East of Cisco, Mrs. J. A. Dill of Fort Worth, J. M. Watters of Bangs, R. M. Watters of Dolores, CO, and C F. Watters of Spur.

She is also survived by two sisters, Mrs. E. A. Stone of Plainview and Mrs. Emery Marshall of Dallas, 23 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were four grandsons, Howard Dill, Jimmy Neson, Clarence Dill and Bill Dill, and two great grandsons, Duwayne Dill and Durwyn Dill.

Burial was in Spur cemetery under the direction of Campbell's Funeral chapel.
