Funeral services for Dutch Irene Webb, 66, were held Saturday at 10 a.m. in the First Baptist Church with Rev. C.L. Atkinson, Dickens, officiating, assisted by Rev. Sam Simmons, pastor of the First Baptist Church, Spur.

Mrs. Webb died at her home about 11 p.m. Wednesday, July 7. The former Dutch Irene Richards, she married Edd Webb in Spur on December 14, 1939. She was a member of the Baptist Church. She had been a resident of Dickens County since 1933, coming here from Oklahoma.

Survivors include her husband, Edd Webb, City of Spur superintendent; three sons, Charlie Webb, Spur; Melton Webb, Albuquerque, NM and Jimmy Joe Richards, Hobbs, NM; one daughter, Glenda Atkinson, Spur; one brother, Oley Richards, California; three sisters, Mrs. Oleta Reeder and Mrs. Cecil Hale, both of Spur and Mrs. Nan Stephens, Oregon; 14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Burial was in Spur Cemetery with Campbell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
