Henry Williams

Funeral services for Henry Litt Williams, 90, were held Thursday, May 27, in the First Baptist Church at 2 p.m. Rev. Norris Taylor, pastor of the First Baptist Church, Stinnett, officiated.

Mr. Williams died May 25 in South Park Hospital, Lubbock. A retired farmer, he had been a resident of Dickens County since 1922. His wife preceded him in death in 1958.

He is survived by four sons, Russell Williams, Dillard Williams and Willard Williams, all of Spur and C.L. Williams, Irving; a daughter, Norwetta Mathes, Lubbock; 15 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

Grandsons served as pallbearers.

Burial was in Spur Cemetery with Campbell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
