Mildred Williams, 6 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lonnie Williams died Saturday morning about 4 o'clock at their home three miles east of Spur following an illness of only two or three days.

Her illness was diagnosed as diphtheria and was of short duration. P>Funeral services were held at the home Sunday at 1 o'clock by Rev. F.G. Rodgers and interment made in the Spur cemetery.

Out of town relatives attending the funeral were the grandparents, MR. and Mrs. Jim Hardy of Timpson, TX, and Mr. and Mrs. Sam Hardy of McAdoo.
