Mrs. G.R. Woods died Sunday evening at their home north of Spur, funeral services being conducted by Rev. Vaughn at the Methodist Church Monday, interment being made in Spur cemetery.

Mrs. Woods had been suffering for years, being confined to her bed for many months before death relieved her suffering. She bore her suffering patiently and with Christian fortitude. A good Christian woman has gone to her reward.

The husband and six children survive: Mrs. J.R. Robertson of Houston; Mrs. W.W. Allen, of Cross Plains; Mrs. John Kinsall of Laredo; Dorris and Ford of Spur and W.C. of Channing, and to each of whom the Texas Spur extends sympathy in this bereavement.
