41st Annual Arts and Crafts Festival

June 6th and 7th, 2009 Saturday 10 AM - 5 PM Sunday 10 AM - 5 PM
Arts & Crafts:
Original handmade arts and crafts only. No commercial or manufactured resale items. No price limit. Sponsor will bar any items considered in bad taste.
Exhibit Spaces:
Each space is approximately 10 x 10 ft. Exhibitor needs to provide own display equipment, chairs, covering, etc.
Set Up Time:
Exhibitors may set up Friday, June 5th after 5:00 PM and from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM, Saturday, June 6th. After unloading, it will be necessary to move your vehicles to available parking close by. No vehicles will be allowed in the exhibit area for loading until the show is over at 5:00 PM Sunday.
Security:
Security will be provided from 7:00 PM until 7:00 AM Friday and Saturday. You may leave your merchandise and/or other display equipment overnight. However, we suggest you cover and tie down as we are not responsible for any losses.
Location:
The show will be held in Getzendaner Park in Waxahachie. The show is an outside event, no rain dates available in case of heavy rain.
Exhibit Fees and Registration:
Each exhibitor space is $85 for one or both days. To reserve your space(s), please send the below registration slip with your check payable to Gingerbread Trail to:

Registration slips must be received by May 19th. You will receive confirmation and space assignment by May 29th. No refunds.
