Newbold vs I & G N

     The number of the Texas Court Reporter contains the opinion of the court of civil appeals in the Newbold vs I & G N damage case.  The plaintiff secured a verdict in the lower court but for a much less amount than he sued for and later appealed to the higher courts.  The court reversed and remanded the case on the admission of certain testimony by the district court.
