IN COUNTY COURT

The following cases have been disposed of in county court this week:

W. F. McLane, selling whiskey to a minor; dismissed.

Tobe Walker, gaming; pleading guilty, fined 10.00

Joe Woodland, carrying a pistol, plea of guilty; fined 25.00

Wm Jones, gaming; plea of guilty; fined 10.00

Mel Harris, receiving stolen property; acquitted.

The supreme court has set aside the verdict rendered by, it on February 3 in the case of the city of Marlin vs Andrew Green, in which the judgment of the lower court was reversed, and will hear additional argument on the issues involved in the case.

Simeon Alexander, discharging fire works, appealed from city court; quashed.

Henry Smith, gaming; dismissed.
