GET SUSPENDED SENTENCES
ON BURGLARY CONVICTIONS

Charged with burglary of a house of Alfred Roming near Eddy, three defendants were granted five-year suspended sentences in Falls county district court today.

All entered pleas of guilty to the indictments before the court, the cases being heard without a jury.  The defendants were D. C. Pate, John Henry White and Elvin Arnold.

The defendants entered pleas of guilty to the indictments and filed applications for suspended sentences.

Members of the jury were Russell Winfrey, Julius Witner, Marvin Hayes, C. H. Tisdale, J. H. Quick, Bob Lewis, J. F. Henderson, Frank Mees, P. J. Kasner, H. T. Dupriest, E. A. Hoelscher, J. G. Gausemeier.
