September 23, 1928 - June 10, 2006

Harold Lee Pennington

     Harold Lee Pennington 77, entered into rest Saturday, June 10, 2006. Funeral Services will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, June 14, 2006 at Adams Funeral Home Chapel with J. L. Bryant and John Sirman officiating.

     Burial will follow in the Pennington family cemetery.

     Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Adams Funeral Home.

     Harold was born Sept. 23, 1928 in Hillsboro to Abraham Parks and Edna Ethel Pennington.

     He was a member of Mooreville Methodist Church, a rancher, fuel distributor and used car dealer. He enjoyed golf and fishing.

     He and Mary Gail Meyer married June 28, 1995.

     He is survived by his wife Mary Gail of Marlin; two Sons: Harold Lee Pennington and wife Marsha of Lorena, Joe D. Pennington and wife Ronda of Robinson; daughter Kathryn P. Maxey and husband Larry of Chilton; two grandsons, Harold Lee (Buddy) Pennington and wife Ginger of Lorena, Joe David Pennington II of Waco; four granddaughters, Lori Ann Michell and husband Scott of Glen Heights, Jessica Thigpen of Marlin, Angela Pennington of Waco, Cori Resendez of Waco, and 12 great-grandchildren.
