Jennings
Bryan Shotwell, age 35, native of Falls county and son of the late Mr. and Mrs.
W. P. Shotwell of Cego, was found dead Sunday morning at his home where he was
engaged in farming pursuits.
The physician
who examined the body said his demise was due to a heart attack.
Mr. Shotwell
is survived by two sons, J. B. Jr., and Willis, and a daughter, Gwyndolyn; a
sister, Miss Callie Shotwell of Houston and two brothers, L. D. Shotwell of
Dallas and W. M. Shotwell of San Antonio.
Funeral
services were held Monday afternoon, last rites being held at the Cego Baptist
church at two p.m., with Rev. S. D. Dollahite, pastor of the First Baptist
church of Marlin, officiating, and burial following in the Cego cemetery.
