Masonic symbol-below.
Someone has made a valiant effort to preserve a marker for him. The main body of the marker is destroyed and gone; a welded plate with his name and years bolted onto what must have been the top of a tall marker. The Masonic symbol is bolted to the side of the damaged fragment of the original capitol.
