LEWIS Fred M., 61, died suddenly following heart attack at his home in Forney, Sunday evening. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Laura Foster Lewis; son, Fred M. Lewis Jr., Austin; two daughters, Mrs. Carl McConachie, El Paso, Texas; Mrs. John M. Hunter, Forney; three grandchildren; brother, Frank R. Lewis, Forney; three sisters, Mrs. Madison Brooks, Mrs. W.E. Jones, Mrs. T.P. Holloman, all of Forney. Services Tuesday, 2:30 p.m., First Presbyterian Church, Forney. Interment Hillcrest Cemetery, Forney. Arrangements Anderson-Clayton Bros., Forney. Note: Frederick Monroe Lewis is buried at Hillcrest Cemetery. He was born 28 Oct 1887 and died 13 Feb 1949.
