Old Officers and Directors of Corporation are Re-Elected
-- IMPROVEMENT PLANS UNDER DISCUSSION --
Pip Line and Refinery Facilities Both to Be Enlarged During Ensuing Year

Officers and directors of the Texhoma Oil & Refining Company for the past year were reelected Monday morning as the annual meeting of stockholders of that company, as follows:

W.B. HAMILTON, president; N.H. MARTIN, vice-president; J.J. PERKINS, secretary; C.W. SNIDER, treasurer; these, with Frank KELL, J.A. KEMP, C.W. GILLILAND, George D. MARTIN of Amarillo and W.A. BROOKS of Forney, directors.

Reports were submitted showing the growth and progress of the company during the year, the affairs being declared in very satisfactory condition. The Texhoma, one of the largest independent companies in the southwest, was an increasingly active factor in Northwest Texas development last year and its plans for the ensuing year call for steady extension of its operations.

Plans for increased pipe line facilities and for improvements to the refinery in North Wichita were discussed at Monday's meeting, but are as yet only in a tentative stage.
