The Fisher County Historical Commission
The Fisher County Historical Commission meets in the Fisher
County Pioneer Museum each first Tuesday of the month. Visitors
are Welcome. If a meal is planned then we meet
in the Community Center
The Museum is on the Westside of the Courthouse in Roby,
Texas and the Community Center is behind the Store on the
Southside of the Courthouse.
The Fisher County Pioneer Museum is open each week on Thursdays
from 10A.M. until 2P.M.
Those in a group that want to visit the Fisher County
Museum any other time can Bettie
Fry and she will see to it there will be someone there.
Please give her a two day notice.
The President at the present is Lester Batteas who lives at
1579 State Highway 70 S. Sweetwater,Texas 79556. This address is
in Fisher County.
For a small Museum we feel ours is worth seeing.
