Services for Bessie Mae Houston, 83, of Loop were held at Ashmore
Baptist Church. Burial in Seagraves Cemetery under the direction
of Head Family Funeral Home. Died Monday, 5 July 1999. Born
2 November 1915 in Tanglewood. Married M. J. Houston in Brownfield
in 1931. Member of the Baptist Church. Preceded in death by
her husband and son, Randy Lee Houston. Survivors: Sons,
James Walter Houston of Loop and Donald Wayne Houston of Clarkspring;
daughter Mildred Hagan of Brownfield; brother Bob Robbins of Odessa; 17
grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren. |
