Haas, Mrs. Charles E., 56, nee Beverly Ann Rabke of Willow City, died Monday, December 04, 2000 in the University Hospital South Texas Medical Ceneter in San Antonio of injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Sunday. Funeral services were held December 7 in the Fredericksburg United Methodist Church.  She was cremated and her ashes will be interred in Greenwood Cemetery at a later date. She was born in Fredericksburg on November 28, 1944 the daughter of Leroy Rabke and Geneva Pluenneke Rabke. She married Charles Haas on January 25, 1964. (12/06/2000)(12/13/2000)

Haas, Willie, 79, of Blanco, died Wednesday, August 23, 2000 in the Blanco Health Care Center.  Funeral services were held at St. Ferdinand Catholic Church in Blanco with interment in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Twin Sisters.  Haas was born in Blanco County on May 23, 1941, the son of Walter and Clara Haas. He married Nelda Lee Waxler on April 30, 1947.  (08/30/2000)

Hagel, Mrs. Ben C., 84, nee Lucille Lochte of Fredericksburg, died Sunday, December 10, 2000 at Hill Country Memorial Hospital.  Funeral services were held December 13 in St. Mary's  Catholic Church with entombment in the St. Mary's Cemetery Mausoleum. She was born on February 22, 1916 in Gillespie County, the daughter of Alfred Lochte and Clara Metzger Lochte.      She married Ben C. Hagel  on April 24, 1935 in St. Mary's Catholic Church and he preceded her in death. (12/20/2000)

Hahne, Mrs. Walter, 87, nee Hertha Kott, died Friday, November 10, 1991 in Knopp Nursing Home No. 2.  Funeral services were held November 18 in the chapel of the Schaetter Funeral Home with burial in Der Stadt Friedhof.  She was born in Gillespie County on September 13, 1904, the daughter of Edmund Kott and Frieda Hohenberger Kott.  She married Walter Hahne on April 12, 1925, in Holy Ghost Lutheran Church and he preceded her in death on September 27, 1979.  (12/20/1991)

Haley, Mrs. Paul Dayton, 93, nee Velma Burrier, of Eldorado, died Sunday September 13, 1998 in the Schleicher County Medical Center.  Graveside services were held September 16 in the Eldorado Cemetery.  She was born in Fredericksburg on April 29, 1905, the daughter of James Madison Burrier and Mattie Florence Benson Burrier.  She married Paul Dayton Haley on June 8, 1929 and he preceded her in death on December 26, 1997. Hall, Orley Victor (Vic), 74, of Fredericksburg died Friday, September 22, 2000 at Hill Country Memorial Hospital.  The body was cremated and the family will have a private memorial service at a later date.  He was born on February 4, 1926 in Smackover, AR, the son of Arnett Doy Hall and Josephine McGehee Hall.  He married Bettye Sheridan in Leonard on July 23, 1954. Hallock, Clyde L., 69, of Fredericksburg, died Tuesday March 28, 2000 at Hill Country Memorial Hospital.  Graveside services were held March 31 in the Greenwood Cemetery.  He was born on May 4, 1930 in Oxford, NY, the son of Clyde L. Hallock and Cora Ann Martin Hallock.  He married Margaret Vadney on July 5, 1958 in Oxford, NY. (4/5/2000)

Hamby, Dalton C., 95, of Big Spring, died Wednesday March 8, 2000.  Graveside services were held March 10 at Trinity Memorial Park Mausoleum.  He was born on July 31, 1904 in Floral, AR, to J. F. Hamby and Ellen Berry Hamby.  He married Mamie Morris  on March 4, 1923 in Howord County, and she preceded him in death on July 30, 1994. (3/15/2000)

Hannemann, Ernst A. (Ernie), 82, of Walnut Springs, formerly of Fredericksburg, Died at a Glen Rose Nursing Home on Thursday, June 22, 2000.  Funeral services were held June 24, in the Memorial Methodist Church at Walnut Springs with interment in the Fulton Cemetery in Walnut Springs.  He was born December 11, 1917 in Fredericksburg, the son of Frederick Hannemann and Ceciliaa Sagebiel Hannemann.  He married Lillie Rose Haas who preceded him in death. Hansen, Mrs. Alton A. Sr., 78, nee Betty Ruth Wagner, died Sunday, October 10, 1999 in San Antonio.  Funeral services were held Oct 14 in the Mission Park Funeral Chapels North with interment in the Mission Burial Park North in San Antonio.  She was the daughter of Martin Wagner and Ruth Louise Linder Wagner. She married Alton A. Hansen, Sr.

Hansen, Mrs. Carl, 78, nee Emilie Augusta Lindig, of Port Arthur died Monday, July 24, 2000.  Funeral services were held at St. John Lutheran Church in Port Arthur with interment in the Greenlawn Memorial Park at Groves.  She was born at Hye, on February 27, 1922, the daughter of Max Lindig and Frida Meier Lindig.   She married Carl Morgen Hansen in Fredericksburg on November 18, 1951. Harbour, Kendal Tennelle, infant daughter of Mike Harbourand Connie Eckhardt Harbour of San Angelo, died Monday, June 26, 2000 in San Angelo.  Graveside services were held June 30 in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery. (7/12/2000)

Harlan, Mrs. Bobby Grayson, 62, nee Dorothy May McDougall of Burnet died Monday, October 23, 2000 at her residence.  Funeral services were held October 27 at the Waldrope-Hatfield-Hawthorne Funeral Home in Llano with interment in the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery iin San Anontio.  She was born in Fredericksburg on August 26, 1938, the daughter of A. C. and Elsie McDougall.  She married Bobby Grayson Harlan in Llano on November 26, 1966 and he preceded her in death in 1996. (11/1/2000)

Harlen, Ray Avers, 78, of Waco died on Monday, December 21, 1998 in the V.A. Hospital in Waco. Funeral services were held on December 24 in the Harrell Fueral Home in Dublin, with interment in the Old Dublin Memorial Park.  He was born on July 3, 1920 in Big Spring, the son of Eddy Christian Harlen and Arah Ethel Wiley Harlen.  He married Verna Sue Cottongame and they were divorced. Harper, Aubrey (Pooch), 77 of Harper died Thursday, December 23, 1999.  Funeral services were held December 27, 1999 in St. James Lutheran Church in Harper with interment in the Harper City Cemetery.  He was born in Harper on December 31, 1921.  He married Opal May Strackbein on February 22, 1948 in Harper. Hartmann, Carlos Hermann, 67, died Thursday, December 10, 1998.  A mass of resurrection was celebrated on December 12 in St. Mary's Catholic Church with interment in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.

Hartmann, Mrs. W., 96, nee Bertha Ella Habenicht of Boerne, died in Knopp Nursing Home No 1 on Wednesday, November 1, 2000.  Funeral services were held November 3 in the chapel of the Schaetter Funeral Home with burial in the Der Stadt Friedhof.  She was born at Luckenbach on October 29, 1904, the daughter of Rudolph Habenicht and Lina Baag Habenicht.  She married Joe W. Hartmann, Raymond W. (Tiger), 78, of Fredericksburg died Wednesday May 31, 2000. Private interment was at the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio.  He was born in New Braunfels on August 16, 1921, the son of Dan Hartmann and Valeska Dieckerhoff Hartmann. He married Catherine Lorraine Conran on September 22, 1942 at First Protestant Church in New Braunfels.  They died the same day. (06/07/2000)

Hartmann, Mrs. Raymond W., 76, nee Cathereine Lorraine Conran, of Fredericksburg died Wednesday, May 31, 2000.  Private interment was at the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio.  She was born on September 25, 1923 in New Braunfels, the daughter of John Conran and Fernanda Fischer Conran.  She married Raymond W. (Tiger) Hartmann on September 22, 1942 at First Protestant Church in New Braunfels. (06/07/2000)

Hartmann, Mrs. Rose Marie, 72, nee Webster, died Mondday, June 19, 2000 at her family residence in Fredericksburg.  Funeral services were held June 22 in Zion Lutheran Church with interment in Der Stadt Friedhof.  She was born in Crawford, NE, on  March 14, 1928, the daughter of Henry Josesph Weber and Ida Clara Diehl Weber.  She married Hilmar Hartmann April 19, 1947 in Crawford, NE.  (06/21/2000)(06/28/2000)

Hatcher, Johnny Calvin, 86, of  Fredericksburg, died on Sunday October 4, 1998, in the Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital in Kerrville. Funeral services were held on October 12 in the chapel of the Schaetter Funeral Home with interment in the Greenwood Cemetery.  He was born in Moscow, Tx on June 7, 1912, the son of John Daniel Hatcher and Ninnie Redd Hatcher

Haufler, Mrs. Clarence, 87, nee Myrtha Allerkamp, of Comfort died Friday, November 10, 2000.  Funeral services were held November 13, 2000 in the chapel of the Schaetter Funeral Home in Comfort with interment in the Comfort Cemetery.  She was born in Kerr County on February 24, 1913, the daughter of Willie and Elsa Holekamp Allerkamp.  She married Clarence Haufler in Kerrville on April 9, 1938.  (11/15/2000)

Haun, Norman F., 73, of Fredericksburg, died on Sunday, March 14, 1999 in the Hill Country Memorial Hospital. Funeral services were held in Bethany Lutheran Church on March 17 and interment in the Greenwood Cemetery. Hawkins, Heather Victoria, 16, of Pipe Creek, died Saturday August 14, 1999 in a San Antonio Hospital. Funeral Services were held August 18 in Grimes Funeral Chapel in Bandera, interment followed in Der Stadt Freidhof in Fredericksburg. She was born July 28, 1983 in San Antonio, the daughter of Ronney W. Hawkins and Louann Curry Hawkins. She was the Granddaughter of the late Alice Ahrens Hawkins. (08/25/1999)

Hawks, Mrs. Mildred, 91, died Monday December 11, 2000 at Fredericksburg Nursing Home.  Graveside services were held December 13 in the Fort Bliss National Cemetery in El Paso.  She was born on September 24,1909 in Stratford, OK.  She married Preston Allen Hawks and he preceded her in death. Hays, Boyd Andrew, was born January 9, 1907 in Sherman, Texas to Claraence Woolverton Hays and Anna Arra Hill Hays.  He
died Sunday May 7, 2000.  He married Alice Gertrude Sloan  July 18, 1929 in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico.  His wife proceeded him in death in 1995.  (5/10/2000)

Heep, Francis Xavier, 81, of Fredericksburg died Wednesday May 24, 2000, in Knopp Nursing Home.  A mass of resurrection was held May 27 in St. Mary's Catholic Church with entombment in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery Mausoleum.  He was born in Stonewall on January 22, 1919, the son of Richard J. Heiligmann, Erven, 60, of Center Point, died on Wednesday November 18, 1998 at his residence.  Graveside services were held on Friday, November 20 in the Center Point Cemetery.  He was born on January 14, 1938 in Boerne, the son of Alfred Heiligmann and Ida Blank Heiligmann.  He married Lula Mae Coldwell on May 12, 1998 in Center Point.(11/25/98)

Heimann, Mrs. Louis Jr., 81, nee Verda Morrison, of Kerrville, died Thursday, February 4, 1999.  Funeral services were held February 8 in the Grimes Funeral Chapels in Kerrville with interment in the Glen Rest Cemetery.  She was born on May 17, 1917 in Callahan County, the daughter of Sarah Bell Burks Morrison and John Quincy Morrison. Heimann, Raymond A., 84, of Austin died Saturday, January 15, 2000 in Austin.  Funeral services were held January 20 with interment in Der Stadt Friedhof.  He was born on May 26, 1915 in Gillespie County, the son of Alfred Heimann and Meta Heimann.  He was preceded in death by his wife Eleanora. Heimann, Willie (Bill), 63, of San Saba, died Sunday, May 21, 2000 at his residence.  Funeral services were held May 24 in the Howell-Doran Funeral Home Chapel with interment in the Harris Cemetery. He was born January 26, 1937 in Fredericksburg, the son of William Arno Heimann  and Dora Gold Heimann.  He married Barbara Wooley on February 5, 1992 in Floresville. (5/31/2000)

Heinemann,  Kermit G., 71, of Mountain Home, died Saturday, May 10, 2008, in a Kerrville care center.
A memorial mass was celebrated today, Wednesday, May 14, at 1:30 p.m. at Notre Dame Catholic Church in Kerrville with the Rev. Mike Peinemann officiating. A rosary service was held at 1 p.m. prior to the mass.
Heinemann was born on July 28, 1936, in Fredericksburg, the son of Lawrence Heinemann and MargaretGrona Heinemann . He married Barbara Hilburn on Aug. 1, 1959, in San Antonio, and she survives.  He had been employed by Woodbury Taxidermy and was a member of Notre Dame Catholic Church. He was an honorary life member of the Knights of Columbus and was involved with ACTS at Notre Dame. He served in the U.S. Army.  In addition to his wife, Heinemann is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, including Diane and Daryl Inglet of Mountain Home and Melissa and Doug Lefevre of San Antonio, and two grandchildren.  Also surviving are two sisters, two brothers and spouses, including Agnes Thiele, Victor and Janie Heinemann and Ruben and Elaine Heinemann, all of Fredericksburg, and Helen and Andy Alberthal of San Antonio. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Maggie Hartmann and Judy Gronle, and a brother, Larry Heinemann. Heinemann, Mrs. Walter H., 77, nee Ophilie Prochnow of Fredericksburg, died Tuesday, February 1, 2000 at Hill Country Memorial Hospital.  Funeral services were held February 3 in Zion Lutheran Church with interment in Der Stadt Friedhoff.  She was January 14, 1923 in Gillespie County, the daughter of Ferdinand Prochnow and Ella Eckhardt Prochnow.  She married Walter H. Heinemann, Walter H., 89, of Fredericksburg died on Friday February 4, 2000 in Knopp Nursing Home No. 1, three days after the death of his wife.  Funeral services were held on February 5 in St. Mary's Catholic Church with interment in Der Stadt Friedhof.  He was born in Gillespie County on June 1, 1910, the son of Henry Heinemann and Lydia Klett Heinemann.  He married Ophilie Prochnow January 11, 1948 in St. Mary's Rectory and she preceded him in death on February 1, 2000.

Heiner, Elfrieda T., 80,  nee Kasten, died Thursday, April 13, 2000 in a Houston Hospital.  Funeral services were held April 15 in the Ebensberger Funeral Home in Boerne with interment in the Borne Cemetery. She was born on December 24, 1919 in Boerne. She married Werner Heiner Sr. on July 12, 1938 and he preceded her in death on May 31, 1981. (5/3/2000)

Funeral services were held October 24 at the Cole funeral Home Chapel in Moody with interment in the Flint Creek Cemetery.  She was born July 12, 1908, the daughter of Alfred Klein and Christine Brenkhorf Klein. Funeral services were held September 21, at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in San Pedro, CA, followed by interment in the Green Hills Cemetery in San Pedro.  She was born on February 27, 1918 in Stonewall, the daughter of Willie Bindseil and Olga Behrens Binseil and married Victor Heiner on June 13, 1942 in San Pedro, CA. Helmers, Mrs. Albert H., 89, nee Marie Schumann, of Fredericksburg, died on Friday, Septembeer 10, 1999 in Knopp Nursing Home No. 1. Funeral services were held September 11, in the chapel of the Beckmann Funeral Home chapel with interment in the Greenwood Cemetery.  She was born on June 5, 1910 in Albert, the daughter of Willie H. Schumann and Otillie Ellebracht Schumann.  She married Albert H. Helmers in Trinity Lutheran Church in Stonewall on December 9, 1936 and he preceded her in death on July 9, 1984.(9/15/1999)

Helton, Mrs. Willie, 62, nee Mary Elizabeth Nelms of Houston, Texas died Thursday January 7, 1999.  Funeral Services and Interment were held in the Brookside Memorial Park in Humble, Texas Jan 11.  She was born February 6, 1936 to Tom and Ann Nelms formaly of Fredericksburg.  She married Willie Helton in 1955.  He preceded her in death. Hemphill, Jamie Voigt, 69, the mayor of Mason, died on Thursday, August 24, 2000 at his home in Mason.  Funeral services were held August 27, at the Mason Church of Christ with burial in the Gooch Cemetery.  He was born on August 18, 1931 in Lohn the son of William Hemphill and Annie Irene Hemphill.  He married   Mary Evelyn Engdahl in Brady on Dec 21, 1952. He was born on September 9, 1954 in San Francisco, CA, the son of  James W. (Shorty) Hendrick and Madelyn Farnsworth Hendrick.  He married Laurie Ann Dillon on October 23, 1995 in Brenham.

Henke, Mrs. Alfred, 89, nee Thelma Inez Sumner, of Fredericksburg, died February 14, 1999 in the Knopp Nursing Home.  Services and interment were at the Hill Crest Cemetery in the Morris Ranch on Feb. 16.  She was born March 17, 1909, the daughter of  Benjamin Franklin Sumner and Mary Emma Baker Sumner in Van Zandt County.  She married Alfred Henke on December 2, 1936 in San Antonio.  He preceded her in death.(2/17/99)

She was born on October 6, 1901 in Gillespie County, the daughter of William Crenwelge and Olivia Wendel Crenwelge.  She married Alfred Hennig on May 24, 1932, in Christ Lutheran Church in Cherry Spring.  He preceded her in death on March 12, 1987.
