Hi, my name is Dusty Williams and I am the Director for the Lost and Found Cemetery Preservation group, or as we sometimes call it, the LFCP. We are a volunteer group that documents, transcribes, photographs and preserves lost and abandoned cemeteries in the Texoma area, centering around Grayson County, Texas. We are always looking for volunteers to help us in our efforts.We are also searching for individuals who know of a lost and abandoned cemetery and can give us information about it so that we can preserve it.On this site, you will find some of the cemeteries that we have found. Some have been preserved and some are just waiting in line to be cleaned up. Any help is greatly appreciated. |
