Glenna Beryl Matheu

PAMPA - Glenna Beryl Matheu, 81, died Sunday, Nov. 30, 2003, in Panhandle.
Vigil services will be at 6 p.m. today in Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel. Mass will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church with the Rev. David Contreras officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Ms. Matheu was called home to the loving and forgiving embrace of our Lord on Sunday, Nov. 30, 2003. She was born Oct. 23., 1922, in Mobeetie and was a 1941 graduate of Mobeetie High School. She attended Blackwood Business College and graduated from St. Joseph's School of Nursing in 1950. She enlisted in the Air Force and was stationed in Germany from 1954 to 1956 as a registered nurse. She was discharged as a first lieutenant.

After the Air Force, she settled in Pennsylvania with the father of her three children, returning to Pampa in 1969. She was a registered nurse at Highland General Hospital unitl 1974. She was director of nursing at Collingsworth General Hospital from 1974 to 1977. She married Prisco Matheu in 1975 in Wellington. She retired from nursing in 1982. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1998, her parents, Frank and Lola Haynes and two special friends, Elizabeth Houdashell and Rita "Ippy" Kubichek.

Survivors include two sons, David Inghram of Amarillo and Craig Inghram of Newnan, Ga.; a daughter, Annetta Tewes of Gun Barrel City; two sisters Wauline Reynolds and Glorice Jones, both of Pampa; two brothers, Walden Haynes and Dale Haynes, both of Pampa; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Harold L. Rhodes

PAMPA - Harold L. Rhodes, 73, died Sunday, Nov. 30, 2003, in Amarillo.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors Bell Avenue Chapel in Amarillo, 5400 S. Bell St., with Rusty Dickerson, pastor of St. Paul United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Amarillo.

Mr. Rhodes was born May 14, 1930. He married Wilma Cupell. He served four years in the Air Force.

Mr. Rhodes retired after 30 years of service with the Bureau of Mines, Helium Operations. He joined Helium Operations on June 18, 1962. He attended Amarillo College and Texas Tech before graduating from West Texas State University in 1958.

He had received three special achievement awards and a quality increase of research investigations and technical assistance in solving complex problems associated with the production and liquefication of helium.

He had also written several papers on phase equilibria, hydrogen sulfide sampling procedures, moisture measurement and chromatographic procedures, which have appeared in professional journals and Bureau of Mines publications.

He was preceded in death by his first wife in 1997.

Survivors include his wife, San; a son, Brent Talley and wife, Keana; a very special grandson, Quinton Talley of Amarillo; and two sisters, Dorothy Rhodes and Joyce Funderburk and husband, Don, all of Houston.

Mark Bailey

MCLEAN - Mark Bailey, 33, died Sunday, Nov. 30, 2003, in Sayre, Okla.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today in Hillcrest Cemetery with the Rev. Thacker Haynes, pastor of McLean United Methodist Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Wright Funeral Directors.

Mr. Bailey was born Sept. 1, 1970, in Wichita, Kan., to Billy Jack and Martha Jo Bailey. He attended school in McLean until 1990.

Survivors include his mother of McLean; and two sisters, Joetta Bailey of Canyon and Kim Rigsby of Shamrock.

The family suggests memorials be to a favorite charity.

Helen Purdy Maxey

PAMPA - Helen Purdy Maxey, 82, died Monday, Dec. 1, 2003.
Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday in First Christian Church with the Rev. Barry Loving, pastor, officiating. Private burial will be in Fairview Cemetery by Carmicahel-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Mrs. Maxey was born Nov. 15, 1921, in Breckenridge, and was a graduate of Pampa High School. She married Glenn Maxey on Feb. 10, 1943, in Columbia, S.C. She was a Pampa resident most of her life.

She was a member of First Christian Church for more than 50 years, where she served as a Sunday school teacher and elder. Matthew 25:21 truly applies to Helen Maxey. She gave of herself unselfishly for her family and friends, putting their needs before hers. "Well done good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things. I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your Lord."

She was preceded in death by her husband on Aug. 25, 1990.

Survivors include a son, Rick Maxey and wife, Mary, of Corpus Christi; two daughters, Sue Atkinson and Joan Hasenauer and husband, Leonard, all of Amarillo; six grandchildren, Jarrett Atkinson, Grant Atkinson, Julie Seemann, Mandy Maxey, Eren Johnson and Linsey Johnson; and nine great-grandchildren.

Paula Ruth Puckett

PAMPA - Paula Ruth Puckett, 44, died Saturday, Dec. 6, 2003, in Amarillo.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Memory Gardens Cemetery with the Rev. Carl Novian, associate pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Mrs. Puckett was born Nov. 11, 1959, in Lampasas. She lived in Pampa most of her life and worked with her father doing carpentry work.

Survivors include a son, Christopher Lance Puckett of Pampa; two sisters, Sharon L. Thompson of Evant and Naomi Hulme of Plano; and her mother, Mary Ida Puckett of Pampa.

The family suggests memorials be to American Diabetes Association.

Billy Joe "Bill" Hagerman

PAMPA - Billy Joe "Bill" Hagerman, 68, died Saturday, Dec. 6, 2003.

Mr. Hagerman was a member of the Army National Guard from 1953 to 1965. He was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.

Jay Hagerman of Pampa, Rick Hagerman of Lexington, Ky., and Mark Hagerman of Plainview; two daughters, Kim Davis of Tulsa, Okla., and Joanna Young of Brownwood; four brothers, Charles Hagerman of Sweetwater, Okla., Verlin Hagerman of Roscoe, Dale Hagerman of Hinton, Okla., and Glenn Hagerman of Oklahoma City; a sister, Rita Butler of Weatherford, Okla.; and 11 grandchildren.

PAMPA - Agnes Watson Hall, 91, died Monday, Dec. 8, 2003.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors Colonial Chapel with Truman Teel, Church of Christ evangelist from Del City, Okla., officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Mrs. Hall had been a resident of Pampa since 1962. She was a member of Wells Street Church of Christ.

Survivors include three daughters, Myrtis Jones of Pampa, and Gayle Caudell and Joyce Bryant, both of Guymon, Okla.; three sons, Gerald Hall of Vega, Curtis Hall of Briscoe and Bruce Hall of Amarillo; 17 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.

Juanita "Sis" Massengale

Juanita "Sis" Massengale: 1908-2003

PAMPA - Juanita "Sis" Massengale, 95, died Monday, Dec. 8, 2003.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors Colonial Chapel with the Rev. Robin Gantz, pastor of First Presbyterian Church of Clarendon, officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

Mrs. Massengale was born Jan. 4, 1908, in Bell County and came to Pampa that same year. She was a graduate of Miami High School and attended West Texas State Teachers College in Canyon.

She was the first student and last teacher at the "Little Red Schoolhouse" north of Pampa. She married Joe Massengale on Dec. 21, 1935, in Pampa. She and her husband owned and operated Hoover Mercantile and the post office in Hoover. She was a member of First Baptist Church. She was a member of the Wayside Club.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1986.

Survivors include a daughter, Nita Tomlinson and husband, Mart, of Marble Falls; a granddaughter, Cara Tomlinson of Austin; two sisters, Minnie Olive Jackson and Roberta Pugh, both of Pampa; and several nieces and nephews.

The family suggests memorials be to American Cancer Society, in care of Gerry Caylor, 2130 Charles St., Pampa, TX 79065.

J.C. Wainright

PAMPA - J.C. Wainright, 72, of Amarillo died Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2003, in Amarillo.
No services are scheduled. Mr. Wainright's body was donated to scientific research. Arrangements are by N.S. Griggs and Sons Funeral Directors, 2615 Paramount Blvd.

Mr. Wainright was a resident of Amarillo for 40 years before moving to Pampa. He married Betty Ruth Bowerman on Aug. 15, 1954, in Wheeler.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Royce Wainright and Jeff Wainright, both of Amarillo; a daughter, Kelly Duvak of Lewisville; three sisters, Vina Hall and Mary Knight, both of Amarillo, and Emma Wainright of Arkansas; two brothers, Alvin Henry Wainright of San Angelo and Pete Wainright of Louisiana; and seven grandchildren.

Jewell Adams Weatherford Courtney

PAMPA - Jewell Adams Weatherford Courtney, 98, died Sunday, Dec. 7, 2003.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in New Life Assembly of God with the Rev. Harold Eggert, pastor, officiating. Burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Hoisington Cemetery in Hoisington, Kan., by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Mrs. Courtney was born Oct. 8, 1905, in New Mexico Territory. She married James Arthur Courtney in June 1922 in Loveland, Colo.

Survivors include a daughter, Donna Mae Johns of Leesburg, Fla.; two sons, Robert L. Courtney of Kansas City, Mo., and Glen W. Courtney of Branson, Mo.; eight grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and six half-brothers and half-sisters, Mary Travato of Simi Valley, Calif., Lorna Bryan of Carlsbad, Calif., Carl Weatherford and Alice Fitzpatrick, both of Grand Junction, Colo., Galen Smith of Fruita, Colo., and Willa Edling of Agoura Hills, Calif.

Annie Pearl Pirkle: 1917-2003

PAMPA - Annie Pearl Pirkle, 86, died Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2003, in Plainview.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors Colonial Chapel with the Rev. Carl Novian, associate pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Mrs. Pirkle was born Nov. 23, 1917, in Quanah to Jim and Lenora Templeton. She married James Vernon Pirkle on June 16, 1934, in Eldorado, Okla. During their married life, they lived in Hall County, Dalhart and Pampa. She was a wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker, and he was a firefighter. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1947, moving to Plainview in 1995. She was a member of First Baptist Church and Fireman's Auxiliary Club.

She was preceded in death by her husband in February 1985; two brothers; and two sisters.

Survivors include a son, Joe D. Pirkle and wife, Yvie, of Amarillo; a daughter, Barbara Ann Davis and husband, Harold, of Plainview; a sister, Naomia Harper of Amarillo; four grandsons, Harold Davis Jr. of Rockport, J.D. Davis of Austin, Glen Davis of Lubbock and Glenn L. Cavett of Wichita Falls; and nine great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to Alzheimer's Association, 2200 W. Seventh Ave., Amarillo, TX 79106; or Vista Care Family Hospice, 4418 Olton Road, Plainview, TX 79072.

PAMPA - Nathan Gilmore, 62, died Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2003.
Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday in Hillcrest Cemetery in McLean with Joe G. Jernigan, pastor of Calvary Christian Fellowship, officiating. Arrangements are by Wright Funeral Directors.

Mr. Gilmore was born Oct. 28, 1941, in Albuquerque, N.M. He was raised in the Shamrock area, moving to Pampa in 2003.

Survivors include two sisters, Dorothy Frost of Murray, Utah, and Devena Phillips of Pampa; and a brother, Truman Gilmore of Shamrock.

PAMPA - Johnnie Davis Smith, 87, died Saturday, Dec. 13, 2003, in Canadian.

Mrs. Smith was society editor for the Pampa News for five and a half years. She was a member of First Baptist Church.

B. Aileen Cook McConnell

PAMPA - B. Aileen Cook McConnell, 88, died Sunday, Dec. 14, 2003, in Lubbock.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today in Fairview Cemetery with Dr. Edwin Cooley, pastor of First Presbyterian Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Mrs. McConnell was born Nov. 28, 1915, in Frederick, Okla. She moved to Graham in 1920 and then to Pampa in 1930. She married C. Russell McConnell on April 13, 1933. They lived in Fort Worth for three years, where she graduated from high school. The McConnells' returned to the Texas Panhandle in 1934, living on a farm in Carson County for 61 years. She returned to Pampa in 1971. She was a member of Pampa Country Club for 50 years. She helped organize Daughters of Pioneers in Carson County and was a 50-year member. She was a member and elder of First Presbyterian Church of Pampa.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1993; a grandson; two sisters, Susie Folmer and Lorene Wilson; and a brother, Leon Cook.

Survivors include two daughters, Julia McConnell of Duncanville and Nancy Paronto of Pampa; a son, Calvin McConnell and wife, Sharon, of Lubbock; her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandson, Pam and Greg Dannemiller and their children, Allisha Dannemiller and Heather Dannemiller, all of The Colony; Junan and Mark Boldrey and daughter, Steffany Boldrey, all of Waxahachie; Rusty and Sherri McCabe and their children, Rusty McCabe Jr. and Katelyn McCabe and their grandson, Casey McCabe, all of Euless; Brian and Carrie Kotara and their children, Champe Kotara and Grace Kotara, all of Hailey, Idaho; Kim and Mark Sommer and their son, Derek Sommer, all of Lewisville; Steve and Ellen Kotara and their son, Peter Kotara, all of Fort Worth; Ruston and Linda McConnell of Tokyo; and Stacy and Troy Klemke and their daughter, Kaitlyn Klemke, all of Lubbock.

W.M. "Bill" Ledbetter

PAMPA - W.M. "Bill" Ledbetter, 91, died Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2003.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Scott Penrod, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Mr. Ledbetter was born Jan. 3, 1912, in Dallas. He was a 1930 graduate of Oak Cliff High School in Dallas and received a bachelor's degree from Southern Methodist University in 1934.

He married Elaine Walker on June 26, 1942, in Tonkawa, Okla. He coached football and taught math and science at high schools in Milford, Canton, St. Jo, and Blackwell, Okla. He was a high school football and basketball official. He worked for Skelly Oil from 1942 until 1977, retiring as personnel administrator.

He was very active in First United Methodist Church, having served as chairman of the finance committee and administrative board. He was chairman of the house and grounds committee for 16 years. He was a member of WinSome Sunday school class for several years and was a member of the Men's Fellowship Class. He was a member and past president of Pampa Rotary Club and Knife and Fork Club. He was a volunteer for Pampa Meals on Wheels. He organized Skel-Tex Credit Union.

He was preceded in death by his wife on May 8, 2002.

Survivors include a cousin, Leonard Sullivan of Waxahachie; and his caregivers, Maria Vasquez, Emma Trejo and Kelly Collins, all of Pampa.

PAMPA - Linda Reames, 56, died Sunday, Dec. 14, 2003.

Mrs. Reames was born May 5, 1947, in Fresno, Calif. She had been a resident of Pampa for about 20 years.

Survivors include a son, George Thomas Reames Jr. of Pampa; a daughter, Tamie Young of Pampa; five sisters, Marie Mansell of Duncan, Okla., Rosie Toe of Claremore, Okla., Laura Starr of Ringwood, Okla., Mona Marine of Comanche, Okla., and Louise Moss of Del Rio; a brother, Danny Marine of Marlow, Okla.; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

B.R. Counts

PAMPA - B.R. Counts, 73, died Monday, Dec. 15, 2003.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors Colonial Chapel with Capt. Gary Steward of the Salvation Army officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Mr. Counts worked for Cabot and IRI for 40 years as a welder, retiring in 1997. He was a veteran of the Navy.

Survivors include his wife, Mary; two sons, Steven Ray Counts and Gregory Lee Counts, both of Pampa; a sister, Sue Kunkel of Saratoga, Fla.; and a brother, Glen Counts of Point, Calif.

Arthur "Art" Rohde

PAMPA - Arthur "Art" Rohde, 89, died Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2003.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in First Assembly of God with Leland Lewis, pastor, and Lonny Robbins, pastor of Trinity Fellowship Church, officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Mr. Rohde worked for the U.S. Postal Service for 33 years, retiring in 1969. He was a member of First Assembly of God for 70 years.

Survivors include his wife, Johnnie Lee; a daughter, Patricia Farmer of Pampa; a son, Arthur J. Rohde Jr. of McLean; three grandchildren; and three great-granddaughters.

Mrs. Couch was born Jan. 23, 1914, in Muskogee, Okla. She married James Andrew Couch in March 1934, in Alabama.

Joy Cooper

McLEAN - Joy Cooper, 60, died Thursday, Dec. 18, 2003, in Amarillo.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today in McLean Church of Christ with Jim Reyna officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery by Bailey-Ware Funeral Home.

Mrs. Cooper was a member of McLean Church of Christ. She was a very talented woman who loved to golf and adored children and animals.

Survivors include her husband, Jessie; three sons, Robert, Casey and Clay Cooper, all of McLean; three brothers, Roy Richardson of McLean, Harold Richardson of Pandhandle and Virgil Richardson of Fort Worth; and bunches of grandchildren.

PAMPA -- Edna E. Land, 99, died Friday, Dec. 19, 2003, in Olathe, Kan.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors Colonial Chapel with the Rev. Barry Loving, pastor of First Christian Church, officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

Mrs. Land was born July 24, 1904, in Hondo. She and her husband, the late D. Herbert Land, pastored in the Church of the Nazarene for 52 years.

Survivors include two sons, the Rev. Leroy Land of Nacogdoches and Kenneth Land of Chula Vista, Calif.; two daughters, Nelda Wall of Pampa and Lynda Boardman of Olathe, Kan; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

A.J. Ledford: 1930-2003

PAMPA - A.J. Ledford, 72, died Monday, Dec. 22, 2003.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Memory Gardens Cemetery with the Rev. Barry Owens, associate pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Mr. Ledford was born Dec. 25, 1930, in Seminole County, Okla. He had been a resident of the Pampa area since 1942. He retired from Pampa Concrete as a field supervisor in 1991. He was a veteran of the Army, serving during the Korean conflict. He was a devoted and loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

Survivors include four daughters, Karen Williams and husband, Walt, and Brenda Madden and husband, Bruce, all of Pampa, Patty Smith and husband, Gearry, of White Deer and Marcy Ruth and husband, Randy, of Skellytown; two sons, Michael Ledford and wife, Chris, of Skellytown and Wendell Ledford and wife, Nellie, of Jonesboro, Ark.; two brothers, Franklin Ledford of Jasper and Wayne Ledford and wife, Betty, of Pampa; 15 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

McLEAN - Arley D. Bentley, 73, died Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2003.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in McLean Church of Christ with Jim Reyna and the Rev. Thacker Haynes officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery by Bailey-Ware Funeral Home.

Mr. Bentley was born May 20, 1930, in Wheeler County. He served in the Army during the Korean War.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley; a daughter, Judith Bentley of Amarillo; two sons, Donnie Bentley of Amarillo and John Bentley of Florida; and three grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to Clarendon Senior Citizens in Clarendon.

Leora Eunice Parsons

PAMPA - Leora Eunice Parsons, 94, died Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2003.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors Colonial Chapel with the Rev. Carl Novian, associate pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in 2 p.m. Saturday in Holdenville Cemetery in Holdenville, Okla., with Scott Sullivan, youth minister of Holdenville First Baptist Church, officiating.

Mrs. Parsons was a school teacher for many years. She was a resident of Pampa since 1993 and was a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Georgia L. Smith of Pampa; a son, Noel Parsons of Lubbock; a sister, Elena Mae King of Tyler; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to First Baptist Church, 203 N. West St., Pampa, TX 79065.

Edwin E. Simmons

Edwin E. Simmons: 1908-2003 

PAMPA - Edwin E. Simmons, 95, died Friday, Dec. 26, 2003.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel with the Rev. Ron Noble, pastor of Pampa Chapel of the Apostolic Faith, Mike Mueller, elder of Reorganized Church of Latter Day Saints Church in Dumas, and Richard Gattis, of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Pampa, officiating. Burial will be in Ochiltree Cemetery in Perryton by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Mr. Simmons was born Dec. 6, 1908, in Section 79, Block 4-T, T & NO Railway Co. Survey in Ochiltree County to William Andie Simmons and Sarah Elizabeth Seay Simmons of Wawaka. His only sibling was Joseph Hayden Simmons who was nearly 12 years his senior.

He married Anabel Gilliam on Sept. 7, 1930, in Gruver. Anabel was born less than one mile from where Edwin was born and they were never separated for any long period of time during their lifetimes. They had been married for 73 years at the time of his death.

They had one child, a son, Paul Simmons, who was born in Ochiltree County at the home of his mother's parents within two miles of the places of Edwin's and Anabel's birthplaces.

Mr. Simmons obtained his certificate of public accountancy on March 31, 1946, and remained in active practice for more than 56 years. He was a member of Texas Association of Certified Public Accountants.

He accepted Christ as his savior shortly after the birth of their son and became a member of Reorganzied Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints when he was 76 years of age and remained so until his death. He was a member of Gideons International.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother.

Suvivors include his wife; a son, Paul Simmons and wife, Ione, of Pampa; two grandchildren, J. Vondel Stevens and husband, Scott, of Canyon and E.P. Simmons of Chicago; one great-grandson, Timothy Stevens of Canyon; and one niece, Rubyjo Wilbanks ,of Spearman who is also his sister by adoption.

The family suggests memorials be to a favorite charity.

Carl Delano Cotham

PAMPA -- Carl Delano Cotham, 64, died Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2003, in Amarillo.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel with Rev. Bob Miller, pastor of South Georgia Baptist Church of Amarillo, officiating.

Mr. Cotham worked as a production foreman for Kewanee Oil, Gulf Oil and Chevron for about 20 years. He was a Baptist.

Survivors include his wife, Knoxine; a daughter, Tena Conner of Amarillo; a son, Kirk Cotham of Pampa; a brother, Floyd Cotham of Pampa; a sister, Joyce Peterson of Midwest City, Okla.; and a grandson.

The family suggests memorials be to Pampa Sheltered Workshop, 1301 W. Somerville St., Pampa, TX, 79065.
