EBER SWINDLE JR.

MESQUITE - Eber Swindle Jr., 89, died Saturday, Aug. 27, 2005 in Windor Care Nursing Home, Terrell, Texas.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Flesher Funeral Home with Jim Poole officiating.  Burial will be in Collinsville Cemetery.

Mr. Swindle was born March 3, 1916 in Collinsville the son of Eber Swindle Sr. and Edna Ownes Swindle.  He married Mary Jewel Skaggs on February 9, 1035 in Gainesville.  He was a member of Elmont Baptist Church.

Surviving are his two daughters, Clova and husband, Jack White of Mesquite, Carolyn and husband, Jerry Wampler of Scurry, TX; three grandchildren, Jacquelyn and Mike Noggle of Mesquite, Lori and Roy Friemel of Kemp, TX, Brand and Laura Wampler of Scurry; six great-grandchildren, Scott Noggle, Carri Noggle, Todd Noggle, Cara Noggle, Cara Noggle, Maylee Friemel, Justin Friemel, Daisy Wampler; four sisters, Oleta Cox, Dorothy Carney, both of Collinsville, TX, Catherine Kerr of Gainesville, Nedra Boaz of Denton, TX, Ned Swindle of Collinsville, TX.

Pallbearers will be Ronnie Rollins, Gary Rollins, Chuck Skaggs, Charles Rollins, Clyde Carney, Dee Skaggs.

Visitation will be from 7-8 Monday at Flesher Funeral Home.
