COLLINSVILLE ? Funeral Services for Emma Lou Light, 90, will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, October 30, 2009 at the Collinsville Church of Christ in Collinsville with Olden Cook officiating. Interment will follow in Collinsville Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 29, 2009 at the funeral home. 
Emma passed away on Monday, October 26, 2009 at her daughter?s home in Southmayd. 
She was born on Sept. 19, 1919 in Collinsville to Will and Inez (Swindle) Rice. She married Charles Harvey Light on July 3, 1937 in Collinsville. Emma was a member of the Collinsville Church of Christ. 
Survivors include 3 sons, Bill Light and wife, Patricia of Collinsville, Randy Light of Sherman and Carey Light and wife, Marla of Sadler; a daughter, Cathy Ricks and husband, Jim of Southmayd; 2 sisters, Lavelle Gaddis of California and Janelle Shepard of Southerton, Oregon; 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. 
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Light; a son, Thomas Light; a brother; and 3 sisters.
