Whitewright, Tex., May 1. - Stolen April 29 ten miles west of Bonham, four head of horses described as follows, brown pony, 14 1/2 hands high, 8 years old, branded 7UPT connected on thigh; brown pony, 14 hands high, 8 years old, branded S on shoulder. The above ponies have foretop roached.  Yellow dun horse, 14 1/2 hands high; bay horse, 15 hands high, very sore neck caused by collar.  S. M. Howe, Whitewright, will pay $10 for recovery of his property. I will pay $10 for the arrest and conviction of the thief or thieves.  Address A. E. Hughes, sheriff Grayson County.

Sherman, Tex., July 6 - Strayed one large bay horse, about 16 or 17 hands high, cut on point of left shoulder and foot, also on left hind leg.  Any information leading to discovery will be liberally rewarded.  A. P. Terrill Steedman, or A. E. Hughes, sheriff Grayson county.
Strayed or stolen, one bay mule, 14 hands high. 2 years old; one black horse 15 1/2 hands high, 4 years old, one black mare, 15 hands high, 3 years old, one sorrel horse, 14 hands high (stallion), one glass-eyed mare, 14 hands high, bald-face, 3 years old, all branded R on the left shoulder.  The finder will be liberally rewarded by J. C. Linnshaedt.  Notify J. C. Linnshaedt at Sherman or A. E. Hughes, sheriff Grayson County.

Sherman, Tex., Sept. 8 - Stolen dark bay pony, heavy set, 13 hands high, no brands, 5 or 6 years old, one front foot white, no shoes, saddle marks on back, ears inclined to flop, good saddle animal.  Heavy leather saddle, new, no pockets, girths have been chewed on, iron stirrups, laced with leather.  Supposed to have been stolen by an Indian negro 20 years old, weights 150 pounds, wore side burns, large white hat, striped shirt, brown jeans pants, wore rag or towel around neck.  Liberal reward for recovery of animal and capture of thief. Address: E. Sherman, Tex., Sept. 9 - One red-bay horse, about 16 hands high, about 10 years old, no brands, small spot on forehead, short mane lying on left, worn considerable from use of collar, shod all around, had on red leather saddle, lately repaired when last seen.  Will pay $10 reward for the recovery of horse and saddle.  Rockwell Bros. & Co.
Sherman, Tex., Sept. 11 - Stolen on Aug. 22 at J. H. Hileman's place, six miles southwest of Van Alstyne, one saddle and bridle.  Saddle full rig, white California leather, large hair pockets, hair extending to cantle of saddle, plain engravings, spurred marks on fender, barbed wire cut on cantle, one hair and one grass grit, metal stirrups, covered, rigged with white rawhide strings, leather loose on horn.  Any information in regard to saddle or thief will be liberally rewarded by W. A. Hileman, Van Alstyne, Tex. or A. E. Hughes, sheriff Grayson county
