Shackelford- Sherman, Texas, Sept 29- Mrs. Phoebe Shackelford, who has lived in Grayson County for more than fifty years, died at her home at Choctaw, east of Sherman. Wednesday afternoon. Interment was in the cemetery at Dripping Springs Thursday afternoon. She was the widow of the late squire William Shackelford, and is survived by the following sons and daughters; George Shackelford of Sherman, Mrs. Lucy Wilson of Savoy, Mrs. Will Pedigo of Choctaw, Mrs. Venable Light of Denison, Alvin Shackelford of Dallas and Mrs. Maud Dixon of Tom Bean. Mrs. Fred Donoho of Sherman was a granddaughter.
