Plowing in Corn Field   Farmer Drops Dead
Denison,Texas, May 6 - John F. Williams, 62, dropped dead at 6;45 pm Tuesday while plowing in his corn field with his son. Born near Sherman, Mr. Williams was the son of Mr. & Mrs. W.M. Williams. He was married Nov 7, 1894 in Paris. 
The family lived near Sherman or Denison ever since, being occupied in farmer after Mr. Williams retired from business. He had been a blacksmith and a grocer. 
Funeral Services will be held at 2 pm Thursday at the First Baptist Church. Dr. J.F. Murrell officiating. Burial will follow a short service at 3:15 at the Dripping Springs Cemetery.
Surviving besides the wife are a son, Clarence S. Williams, and a daughter, Miss Lillie Williams of Denison; two brothers, James and william Williams of Hendricks, Okla.; two sisters, Mrs. George Stark of Achille, Okla, and Mrs. H.L. Venable of Houston.
