Mrs. W. H. McSpadden Dies of Long Illness
Denison - Funeral services will be held at 10 a. m. Thursday in Bratcher Funeral Home here for Mrs. W. H. (Ora) McSpadden, 73, of Denison who died Tuesday in a local hospital after a long illness.
Rev. Roy Cloudt, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church and Rev. Claude Cone will conduct the services. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
Mrs. McSpadden was born Dec. 24, 1893 in Sherman, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harvey McCulley. On June 4, 1921, she married Mr. McSpadden in Sherman. He died in 1957. She was a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors are a son, R. R. McSpadden of Denison; a brother Lon McCulley of Santa Ana Calif.; 3 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
The family will be at the funeral home from 7-8 p. m. Wednesday.- - - Sherman Democrat, Nov. 2, 1966
