Faye Morrison, age 88, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at her home. Mrs. Morrison is survived by her loving family, five children, five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; sister, Gertie Meek of Denison, TX, brothers, Jackie Worthington of Rowlett, TX, Alton Worthington of Plano, TX and Billy Worthington of Denison, TX and numerous nieces and nephews. Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. at Waples Memorial United Methodist Church with Rev. Mike Nichols officiating. Private interment prior to service will be held at Fairview Cemetery. Family visitation will be held after the service at Mrs. Morrison’s home. Memorials may be made in her name to American Cancer Society, 3301 West Freeway, Ft. Worth, TX 76107 or Home Hospice of Grayson County, 505 West Center, Sherman, TX 75090. Arrangements are under the direction of Fisher Funeral Home, located at 604 West Main in Denison.
