Dallasite's Mother Passes at Sherman.
Sherman, Texas   Aug 30- Services are to be held Sunday at 4pm at the Travis Street Methodist Church for Mrs. Minnei Alice Schmitzer, 65, wife of J.C. Schmitzer.
Dr. Neal Cannon, pastor, will officiate, assisted by the Dr. Harrison Baker, Sherman district superintendent. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery.
Mrs. Schmitzer was born in Bonham. She came to Grayson County thirty five years ago and had resided in Sherman twenty-three years. She was a Methodist.
Survivors include her husband, five daughters, Mrs. N.D. Pierpoint Jr of Beaumont, Mrs C. E. Hix and Miss Mary Alice Schmitzer of Sherman and Mrs. R.O. Blummer of Dallas; ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Death Cert. adds this. She had lived in Sherman for 7 yrs and lived and died at 911 W. Walnut St. in Sherman. An inquest was held and found that she died of 
cessation of the heart' natural causes. That means she died quietly or alone and was found dead. 
8 Nov 1875 - 29 Aug 1941, She was married and born in Bonham, Tx. Dau. of John Harrison Ford b. Ky and Louisa Pierce b. Greenville, Ky. 
Jon C. Schmitzer was the informant ( of the home, prob. her husband)
