Helen Montgomery
June 24, 1944 - August 14, 2009

Helen Montgomery, a 65 year old resident of Howe, passed away Friday, August 14, 2009 at Wilson N. Jones Hospital in Sherman.  She was born June 24, 1944 in McKinney, daughter of Lee Wilbanks and Cloe Smith.  She married David Odell Hollingsworth July 24, 1959 in McKinney and he preceded her in death.  
She is survived by 1 daughter, Mary Brinson of Howe; 1 son, Keith Hollingsworth of Savoy; 2 step-children, Twila Wright of Grand Prairie; Darlene Coffman of South Carolina; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Joyce Greenwood of Euless; Sylvia Slawson of Haltom City; and 2 brothers, Jackie Wilbanks of Euless; Paul Wilbanks of Watauga. 
A graveside service will be at 10:00 am on Monday August 17, 2009 at Hall Cemetery in Howe under the direction of Flesher Funeral Home.  Rev. Troy Miles will officiate.  Visitation will also be on Monday at 9:00 am, one hour prior to the service at the funeral home in Van Alstyne.
