Services for Harrison Vandagriff, 81, of Whitewright were held Tuesday in Earnheart Funeral Home with burial in Pilot Grove Cemetery.  He died Monday in Whitewright Nursing Home.
Mr. Vandagriff was born in Nashville, Tenn., a son of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Vandagriff.  He was a retired night watchman and farmer.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Dortha Vandagriff; sons, Grady Vandagriff of Hillsboro, C. Joe Vandagriff of Dallas and James Vandagriff of Anna; daughter, Nell Files of Dallas; brother, J.D. Vandagriff of Sherman; sisters, Mary Barnes of Gunter, Mattie Miller of Van Alstyne and Nannie Ruth Johnson of Plano; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Whitewright - Dortha Vandergriff, 92, of Whitewright died Wednesday, July 3, 1996, at Pavillion Nursing Center in McKinney.
Graveside services were held Thursday in Pilot Grove Cemetery in Pilot Grove, Texas with the Rev. Cecil Threadgill officiating.
Surviving are her son, Joe Vandagriff of Dallas; daughter Nell Files of Dallas; sister, Coy Jones of Sherman; eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Dallas - Graveside services for Coy Joe Vandagriff, 65, of Dallas, who died Wednesday, August 7, 1996, at Medical Center of Mesquite, were held Saturday at Pilot Grove Cemetery.  The Rev. Steve Stuart officiated.  Arrangements were under the direction of Earnheart Funeral Home of Whitewright. Survivors include sister, Nell Files of Dallas, and eight nieces and nephews.
