Services for Mrs. Pearl Greening Veazey, 84, who died Wednesday at a Sherman hospital, were held at 2 p.m. Friday at Flesher Funeral Home Chapel, conducted by Rev. Jerry Scott, and Rev. J.I. Gregory, both Baptist ministers.  Burial was at the Van Alstyne Cemetery.
Mrs. Veazey was born in Texas.  She was a member of the First Baptist church in Van Alstyne.
Surviving are daughter, Mrs.Juanita V. Lively of Oklahoma City, Okla.; a grandchild; and three great-grandchildren.
