Funeral services for Norman Lee Aaron, 47, of Farmers Branch were held Dec. 31, 2006, in Flesher Funeral Home Chapel in Van Alstyne with Brother Jim Poole of Elmont Baptist Church officiating.  Burial followed in Van Alstyne Cemetery.
Mr. Aaron was born July 23, 1959, in Dallas.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ollie and Ruby Parks of Anna and Jim and Ruby Aaron of Van Alstyne.
He is survived by his parents, Homer Lee Aaron and Johnnie Mae (Parks) Aaron of Farmers Branch; two sisters, Brenda Carter of Carrollton and Linda Tarkington of Farmers Branch; two nieces, Nichole Adams and Brianna Tarkington of Farmers Branch; two nephews, Jonathan Carter and Joshua Carter of Carrollton; a great-niece, Kolbie Howard of Farmers Branch; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Pallbearers were Bubba Aaron, Ronny Aaron, Tony Beard, Greg Beaty, Shawn Wright, Mike Edwards, Matt Gidnney and John Phillips.
