TOMMY STEWART LAID TO REST HERE TUESDAY

Funeral services for Thomas Jackson Stewart, 59, were held Tuesday afternoon in the First Christian Church, with the pastor, Rev. Tom Haley conducting.  Interment was in the Van Alstyne cemetery under the direction of Flesher Funeral Home.  Mr. Stewart died Sunday in a Fort Worth hospital.
Mr. Stewart was born in Granbury on Jan. 13, 1906, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Lee Stewart.  He was a member of the Christian Church and a veteran of World War II.
He is survived by two daughters, two sisters, two brothers, and six grandchildren.
