Glenda Hutcherson Welch

Glenda Hutcherson Welch, a 67 year old Van Alstyne resident, died
Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at Medical Center of McKinney. She was born
May 31, 1942 in Mabank, Texas, daughter of Medie Hutcherson and Ethel Robertson
Hutcherson. She married Louis Welch September 24, 1960. She
is survived by her husband, Louis Welch of Van Alstyne; one daughter, Pam
Parmer and husband James of Sulphur Springs; one son, Michael Welch of
Van Alstyne; thre grandchildren, Jason Parmer, Justin Parmer and wife Amanda;
and Jesse Parmer all of Sulphur Springs. A graveside service will
be at 10:00 am on Saturday, June 6, 2009 at the Van Alstyne Cemetery under
the direction of Flesher Funeral Home with Dwayne Hayes officiating.
Visitation will be Friday evening from 7-8 pm at the funeral home.
