Taken in the late 1910s or very early 1920s, before Nancy's death in 1924, the youngest children - twins - were born in 1914

My daddy Henry Sherman Clountz as a boy with his father Henry "Dump" Clountz & his brother William, plowing the fields between Locust and Willow Springs where their land was.  Daddy was born in 1908, so this was in the 1910s.

         Walter Thomas Clountz
   born 26 February 1874 in Greene Co., Ohio
   died 04 Dec 1955 in Denison, Grayson Co., Texas
   married Elizabeth Bradley 05 September1894 in Sherman, Grayson Co., Texas; she died in 1906.

Walter Thomas Clountz came to Oak Grove, Grayson County TX  in 1877 and Died at his daughter's house in Denison Tx - Mrs. Viola Sloan.
Children of Walter Clountz and Elizabeth Bradley are:
                     i.    W A Clontz.
                     ii.    Ora Clontz Naylor.
                     iii.   Viola Clontz Sloan.

This a cotton field that Mama (Florence Cook Clountz) said was the Sultzer place in the late 1910s or early1920s; she  said Mr. Sultzer, Mark Roberson, Mr and Mrs. Hawkins, the Sultzer boys and my daddy, and I believe his brother, Henry Sherman Clountz and William Clountz, are in this field picking cotton.  I wish I knew the dog's name!
