Graham is a familiar name around Collinsville.  There are several families, some being no relation to others.  Lee Gilmore Graham is a native of Farmington, N.C., being born June 30, 1871.  He married Miss Bertha Cobler.  They have reared a family of three daughters - Mae (Walker), Sallie (Fay), Opal (Vannoy) and two sons, Charles and Wallace.  Mr. Graham was a rural mail carrier out of Collinsville for many years and also a farmer.  He served on the school board, was a member of the Baptist church and the WOW.

Graham, "Bill", and wife, Amanda, were the parents of: George, Lee and Homer, and two daughters, Betty and Odessa.  George Graham married Miss Alice Allmon and reared his family near the old homesite of his parents in the Welch community.  Lee Graham married Miss Lula Scott, and they too lived in the Welch community, rearing four children, Scottie, Avrel, Tennie (Moncrief) and Inez (David).  Homer married Miss Mallie Murrell and spent many years in the M & P Bank in Sherman.  Betty married Stephen Culpepper; Odessa married Herschel Vaughn, and they have continued to live in the Graham homeplace.
