Buried, Speical to the News. Sherman, Texas, May 20 - Funeral services
for Mrs. Nancy Ellen Cheatham, 76, of Tioga, who died Tuesday were held
Wednesday at the Tioga Baptist Church. She was born in Arkansas and moved
to Tioga in 1895, settling near Range Creek School.Surviving are one son
A.C. Cheatham of Tioga and four daughters, Mrs. Goldie Murray of Tioga,
Mrs. Elizabeth Green of Kilgrore, Mrs. K.G. Maddox of Mountain View, Okla.
and Mrs. Ed Krueger of Tioga.( I don't know where she is buried)

Coronary Thrombosis and was buried in the Masonic Cemetery in Pilot Point,

Emma Cheatham, b. 28 Jan 1892 - 18 Nov
1968. Sundial Nursing Home in Pilot Point. She had been there one year.
She was b. in Tenn. Father -W. A. Sitz, mother - Sarah Ha??. Informant
was H. R. Cheatham.
She died of Cardiac Arrest (5 minutes), arteriosclerosis
and Congestion. Heart Failing and a brain tumor. She is buried in the Pilot
Point Cemetery, Denton County, Tx. Parents info not filled out.

He is buried in the Masonic Cemetery at Pilot Point, Denton County,
Tx. 11 Jan 1892 - 27 Dec 1924 . His name was Alford.

to the News Two Held in Cheatham Tragedy Out on Bond.
Sherman, Texas, Jan 2- L. G. Sietzes and Jack
Emberson of Pilot Point, the former an automobile dealer, secured their
liberty on bonds Friday afternoon after having been held in Jail here since
last Saturday, following charges growing out of the fatal shooting of A.
G. Cheatham, farmer, in Tioga.
Sietzes, charged with murder and conspiracy
to commit a murder, was allowed $11,000 bond, while Emberson, charged with
the same offences and in addition assault to murder, was required to make
an additional $1,000.

Charged With Slaying Tioga Man Allowed Bail.
Special to the News - Sherman, Texas Jan 16-
L.G. Sitzes (sic) and Jack Emberson, held
on grand jury indictments, charging murder, growing out of the shooting
of A.G. Cheatham, Tioga farmer, were allowed bail in the sum of $10,000
following habeas corpus hearings held before Judge F. E.Wilcox Friday morning.
The men had priviously been at liberty under
bonds set at an examining trial.

Speical to the News, Sherman, Texas, Jan 12-
L. G. Seitz, charged with murder in connection
with the death of A. C. G. Cheatham, 35, farmer of near Tioga, at Tioga,
Grayson County, on Dec 27, 1924. Pilot Point garage owner, and J. E. Emberson.
Pilot Point also charged with murder, were called to bar in the Fifteenth
District Court Monday morning for trial."

L. G. Seitz of Pilot Point is on trial in the Fifteenth District Court
here on a charge of murder in connection with the killing of A. G. G. Cheatham
at Tioga, Grayson County, Dec. 27, 1924.
The work of selecting the jury is in progress.

Texas, Swimming Accident Fatal. - Albert Thurman Cheatham, 38, of
Pilot Point, Denton County, died at McKinney Veterans Hospital Saturday
as a result of a broken neck suffered when he dived into shallow water
at a small lake near here. Funeral will be held Sunday at Tioga.

- Tioga Services Held for Accident Victim, Special to the News. Denison,
Texas, Aug. 11 - Funeral services were held Sunday at Tioga for Albert
Thurman Cheatham 35, Pilot Point grocer, whose
neck was broken late Tuesday when he dived into shallow water at Loy Lake,
south of Denison. He died Saturday in the Veteran's Hospital at McKinney.
Denison firemen and others revived him through
artificial respiration after he was found struggling in the water.
