James Terry Griffin
Funeral services for James Terry Griffen, 22, of Garland, fatally injured in a car accident Saturday night in Dallas, will be held at 2:30 pm Tuesday, at the Trenton Methodist Church in Trenton, Fannin County.
      Mr. Griffin was dead on arrival at Baylor Hospital about midnight Saturday from injuries suffered when his car went out of control on Forest Lane during a rainstorme and crashed into a tree.
      He was employed by the Hollywood Overhead Door Compnay, and married the former Miss Emma Jean Whitney in 1956.
      He was a member of the Methodist Church.
     Other than his wife he is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.W. Griffin of Garland; a son Jerry Lee Griffin of Garland and a daughter, Terry Griffin of Garland; three brothers, Warren Griffin and Cecil Griffin of Garland and Dewey Griffin of Whitewright; and four sisters, Mrs. E.B. Bangs of Garland, Mrs. Ray West of Rowlett, Mrs. J.B. Box of Randolph, Fannin County, and Miss Mary Jane Griffin of Tishomingo, Okla.
