Denison- Funeral arrangements are pending at Bratcher Funeral Home
for L. E. Hall 58, longtime Denison resident who died 19 December 1968
at 9:30 p.m. Thursday in M.D. Anderson Hospital in Houston after a long
Mr. Hall was born July 1, 1910, and was married to the former Eba
Heironimus. He was an employee of Brown and Root Construction Company.
Survivors are his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Otis Simpson of Richardson
and Mrs. Stanley Coco of England; a son Wilburn Hall of Plano; six brothers,
Shelley and Bill Hall of Denison; George Hall of Pilot Point; Burl, Ray
and Carl Hall, all of Fort Worth; and nine grandchildren.
Denison- Funeral for Nancy E. "Eva" Hall, 83 of Denison who died
21 January, 1990 in a local hospital, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the
Bratcher Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery. Dr. Leroy
Tillman will officate.
Mrs. Hall was born October 22, 1906 in Pottsboro, daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Byrd Heironimus. She married Lawrence E. Hall August 22, 1932.
He died December 19, 1968. She was a homemaker and a member of the Mount
Pleasant Baptist Church.
Surviving are a son, Wilburn Hall of Blue Ridge; two daughters, Mary
E. Coco of Sherman; Carolyn Simmons of Denison; brother, Harold Herionimus
of Denison; 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be David Boyd, Chris Simmons, Dwayne Hall, Wayne
Melvin, Miles Coco, Rick Coco, Chris Coco.
The family will be at the funeral home from 7-8 p.m. tonight.
Blue Ridge-Services for Lawrence Wilburn Hall, 60, of Route 2 Leonard,
will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the First Baptist Church in Blue Ridge.
He died 26 January 1994, Wednesday at North Texas Medical Center in McKinney.
The Rev. Mac Pope will officate with burial in the Blue Ridge Cemetery.
Mr. Hall was born in Oak Grove (Grayson County), the son of L.E.
and Nancy Herionimus Hall. On July 12, 1957, he married Wanda Allison.
He was a Korean Conflict Navy veteran. He was pastor of Snow Hill
Baptist Church and had retired from Rockwell International.
Pallbearers will be Lazelle Blagburn, Terry Blagburn, Mike Justice,
Benny Self, Billy McWilliams and Pat Speck.
Survivors are his wife; daughters, Denise Farrell of Dallas, Linda
Fisher of Leonard; son Dayne Hall of Leonard; sisters, Mary Coco of Sherman
and Carolyn Simmons of Denison; and six grandchildren.
RAY S. HALL
Services for Ray Spangler Hall, 77 year old retired General Dynamics
emloyee of Route 3, will be held at 10 a.m. today in Waldo Funeral Home.
He died 13 January 1991, Sunday in a local hospital.
The Rev Cabel Roberts, retired Baptist minister of Fort Worth,and
the Rev. Thomas Beall of Southmayd Baptist Church will officiate.
Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. today in Mount Olivet Memorial
Park in Fort Worth.
Mr. Hall was born September 11, 1913 in Howe, the son of Will and
Minnie Porter Hall.
A former employee of the Sherman Fire Department, he had worked for
General Dynamics in Fort Worth from 1951 to 1964. He was a member of the
Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite, Hella Temple of Shrine, and Southmayd Baptist
Church. He had been a Sherman resident for the past four years.
On March 1, 1987, he married Ola Maye Blythe in Fort Worth, Texas.
Surviving are his wife; sons, Josh Ray Hall and Mike Hall of Fort
Worth; daughters, Joyce Beene and Jan Rue, both of Fort Worth; stepdaughters,
Tina Jones of Sherman and Ann Grigsby of Pottsboro; brothers, Bill Hall
and Shelley Hall, both of Denison, and Carl Hall of Fort Worth, six grandchildren,
five step-grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Dan Wright, Benny Myers, Johnny Watson, Willie
Hazelwood, Lanny Jaresh, Floyd Viers, A. H. (Slim) Simpson and Glen Hughes.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, Home Hospice
of Grayson County, or the donor's favorite charity.
The family will be at the residence.
Charles Burl Hall
Fort Worth- Funeral services for former Sherman resident Charles
Burl Hall, 71, who died Tuesday, 1 August 1989 in a Fort Worth hospital,
will be held at 3:30 p.m. Thursday in Mount Olivet Funeral Home.
Hall attended Whiterock schools and married Martha Smith. A former
Swift Company employee, Hall also worked for the Fort Worth Independent
School District until retirement.
Suvivors include his wife of Fort Worth; daughter Judy Owen of Forth
Worth; four brothers, Shelley and Bill Hall of Denison, Ray of Sherman,
Carl of Fort Worth; two grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
Denison- Shelley Hall, 71, of Route 2, Denison, died Tuesday, 21
January 1992 at Texoma Medical Center. Services will be held at 2 p.m.
today in Bratcher Funeral Chapel.
Deacon Gary Vogel will officiate with burial in Calvary Cemetery
Mr. Hall was born in Howe, the son of Wilburn Henry and Minnie Porter
Hall. He married Lois Chrisman June 22, 1941 in Denison.
He had been employed by Safeway and retired in 1982 after 25 years
of service. He was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Denison.
Surviving are his wife; son, Ray Hall of Denison; daughter, Shellene
Goins of Pottsboro; brothers, Carl Hall of Fort Worth and Bill Hall of
Denison; and six grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Tracy Goins, Chris Hall, Bill Hall, Mack Hayes,
Landon Goins, E.C. Russell and Percy Morton.
