 Myrtle Thrasher

Graveside services will be held at 4 p.m. Monday at West Hill Cemetery for Myrtle Thrasher, 83, of 1202 N. Grand who died Saturday morning in a Sherman hospital.

Services will be conducted by Rev. Paul Wheelus of the North Park Baptist Church, under the direction of Waldo Funeral Home.

Mrs. Thrasher was born in Ravenna, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Crumby. She was married to James F. Thrasher in 1911 in McKinney. She was a Baptist.

Survivors are sons, James Earl Thrasher of Sherman and W.B. Thrasher of Camarillo, Calif.; daughter, Mrs. Eugene Russell of Sherman; brother, Earl Crumby of Chickasha, Okla.; sister Mrs. W.T. Calhoun of Sherman; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

The family will be at the funeral home from 3 to 4 p.m. Sunday and other times at 1219 N. Grand, the Eugene Russell residence.
