Joe Tingle

Joe Tingle, who lived northwest of this city, died at Kerrville.  The body
will reach this city at 1:10 Wednesday, so the Favorite understands, but no
information was obtained as to the funeral arrangements.  (researcher's
note:  a follow-up or obituary was not found.  Joe L. Tingle was a WWI
veteran.  During WWI his lungs were damaged by mustard gas.  It is believed
that was the cause of his death.  Joe Tingle was survived by his widow the
former Jennie Donie Blanton and children Flossie Juanita Tingle and Hal
Leroy Tingle. Joe was predeceased by an infant daughter Donie Lee Tingle, an
infant  who died right after birth in 1918.  Jeanie Donie Blanton was the
daughter of Marion T. Blanton and Josephine N. Argenia Mathews, aka NJ
